The culture we aim to create is that everyone is treated as family. This includes team members, participants and community members. We are all here to support each other in life.

Our mission at The Guthrie Collective is to empower people living with disability and ensure everyone has equal opportunities both locally and rurally. We are passionate about supporting people through life to build capacity and achieve their goals. We do this by providing a quality, fun-filled and person-centred service.

The Guthrie Collective has been created to honour the “Guthrie” name in memory of our dad, Bede and the qualities he instilled into our lives. These qualities have created a pathway for our team.
