Why did you start The Guthrie Collective -

The name itself is to honour the family Guthrie name in memory of my dad Bede and the qualities he instilled into my life. These qualities will create the pathway for our team.

I’ve worked in the disability industry for 8 years! 5yrs as a Support Worker and 3yrs as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Having seen both sides of the NDIS, I’ve identified gaps in the community especially in the rural towns and I’m hoping to try fill some of those. I love establishing creative and person centred supports and am so proud to see a goal/aspiration achieved!
